Mr. Howard is being honored with a Golden Ruler Award due to his enthusiasm for agriculture education & excellence in the classroom. Mr. Howard is a 2024 FFA Golden Owl nominee, which is one of the highest honors an agriculture teacher can receive! He has been an advocate for agriculture & all career & technical education programs for his school district & our county. VVEDS appreciates everything he does!
