David has been in the district for the past 16 years. His dedication to his students is unparallelled. He loves what he does, as well as the kids. David can take anyone who has a love for music and turn them into a musician. The band has flourished under his direction and our attendance at the yearly concerts has grown each and every year. Not a year goes by where we are not amazed at the passion and dedication he has for his craft. Bismarck-Henning and Bismarck-Henning Rossville-Alvin Cooperative High School is a better place because of someone like David Schroeder.
